Refund policy

At Oty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns under the following conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• To initiate a return, please contact us first at support@otyproducts.com and include your order number.

• Return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item so we can assist you promptly.
